One example of workflow software today is the connection that the United States has to India. People in India are looking for jobs as secretaries to people in the United States. This means that when people in the United States go home from their everyday jobs, they can e-mail work for the secretary in India to do. The secretary can stay up and do work that was not finished earlier in the day because of the different time zones. The next day when the person goes to work in the United States all of their work will be done for them. This is a great way to see a continuous flow of software from person to person across the world.
One example of workflow software that is useful to several different types of users is "Google Docs". Google Docs allows you to edit, share, and collaborate on documents online. It allows you to create documents that can be accessed anywhere without the need for a certain OS or software. By making it possible to store all your documents online it also takes the transfer of files through USB drives out of the equation. Google Docs also allows real time collaboration between users on the same document and it allows editing of the same document from different places.

This has changed the whole political environment because now it is much easier to put and find information about any political issue.
